Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead a manufacturing team and drive program success across development to production for Undersea Warfare Programs.

You will interface with Production Operations, PMOs, and other functions to manage baselines, capacity, and staffing analyses, while acting as CAM for contract control accounts. A US Citizen with a security clearance is required.

• Strong program management, leadership, and resource management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and functions to drive program success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing team to achieve Production Operations objectives for Undersea Warfare Programs.
• Serve as the interface between Production Operations and PMOs.
• Oversee program baseline plans, capacity, resource, and staffing analyses.
• Act as CAM for contract control accounts.
