Job summary

Maas Energy Works is seeking a Project Manager II - Manufacturing to lead fabrication and assembly teams, develop production plans, and optimize processes on the shop floor. This role focuses on maintaining production schedules, material availability, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer demands.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing engineering experience, lean principles background, and strong project management and leadership skills, with English proficiency required for

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and assembly line production.
  • Experience with implementing lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Background in project management and process improvement is preferred.
  • Experience with supply chain management is a plus.
  • Organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture that keeps the fabrication and assembly teams engaged and motivated.
  • Lead the fabrication and assembly teams in the field, providing hands-on, day-to-day direction to keep production on schedule.
  • Work with fabrication team to create production plans and roadmaps.
  • Work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes on shop floor.
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and deadlines.
  • Ensure production materials are available and utilized efficiently.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for manufacturing processes and develop improvements.
  • Coordinate well with cross-functional teams to enable project success.
  • Monitor materials for upcoming production and ensure supply chain stability.
