ThyssenKrupp Materials NA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer to support startup of new facilities and replicate established processes for busbar products.

The role emphasizes safety, disciplined execution, and end-to-end work-cell design from incoming material to finished part transfer. You will develop CAD layouts, optimize material movement, and lead equipment installation, commissioning, and ramp-up while coordinating contractors and internal stakeholders across North

Qualifications

• Safety-first engineering culture with risk reduction at design stage.
• End-to-end work-cell flow design optimizing material and people movement.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and suppliers for safe, compliant installations.
• Manage capital projects with scope, schedule, budget, and risk controls.
• Drive replication of proven manufacturing concepts across sites.

Responsabilités

• Champion safety and risk reduction in layouts, equipment, and installations.
• Develop 2D/3D CAD layouts for facilities and work cells.
• Design end-to-end work-cell flow around the manufacturing process.
• Identify opportunities to reduce handling and travel, adding automation where appropriate.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and installation contractors and internal teams.
