Job summary

You will lead end-to-end work-cell flow and drive practical automation where it improves safety, quality, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics or related engineering field.
• 8+ years of relevant manufacturing, equipment, facilities, automation, or capital project engineering experience.
• Experience with CAD software for facility and work-cell layouts (AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Experience coordinating electrical, mechanical, equipment installation, automation/integration, and/or construction contractors.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first engineering culture across design, installation, and startup activities.
• Develop 2D/3D CAD facility layouts with equipment, work cells, utilities, and safety zones.
• Design end-to-end work-cell flow optimizing material and operator movement.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual handling and implement automation where appropriate.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders for safe, on-time startup.
