ThyssenKrupp is seeking a Project Manager to ensure the successful execution and financial performance of customer projects across cement and non-cement industries. You will own projects from contract handover to completion, coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and site services, while ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule and budget with risk mitigation, serving as main customer contact, and leading teams

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, Industrial, etc.).
• At least 5 years related experience and training in project management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD and MS Office is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead projects from contract award through completion per requirements and procedures.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, and resolve technical and commercial challenges.
• Manage project budget and cost control with the CPM.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and site services.
• Attend meetings with customer representatives to discuss status.
• Oversee all project documentation and QA/QC compliance.
• Perform risk mitigation and develop responses and strategies.
• Conduct project reviews and prepare executive reports.
• Support contract reviews and negotiations as required.
• Collaborate with global teams to meet customer needs and drive improvements.
• Travel 30%+ and support start-up activities at customer sites.
