Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project coordination/engineering/management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, AutoCAD.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of new plant and facility expansion projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate activities between engineering teams, suppliers, plant personnel, and contractors.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
