Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of project coordination, project engineering, or project management in manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, AutoCAD.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience developing schedules, RFQs, budgets, and vendor communications.

Responsabilités

• Support planning and execution of new plant and facility expansion projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate activities between engineering teams, suppliers, plant personnel, and contractors.
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and document minutes and actions.
