Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of project coordination/engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Coordinate activities between engineering teams, suppliers, plant personnel, and contractors.
• Prepare project status reports and document meeting minutes.
• Create installation scopes of work and equipment specifications.
• Support procurement, RFQ development, and budget tracking.
