Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate.
• Experience with factory simulation software, FlexSim preferred.
• Experience with assembly automation technologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead process ownership across production areas and interact with overall factory flow.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and Value Stream Maps.
• Design tools, fixtures, and procedures to prevent defects (Poka-Yoke).
• Train operators on process and tooling changes; mentor junior engineers.
• Maintain and improve JIRA for issue tracking and data traceability.
