The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma methods, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making to optimize layouts, workflows, and operator efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Develop detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical skills with data mining ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, measure, and support manufacturing process changes; develop SOPs.
• Collect and analyze KPIs to drive process and quality improvements.
• Analyze workflow and layout to improve efficiency.
