Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5-7 years of relevant experience, required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Ability to produce sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing process improvement and validation initiatives.
• Provide daily support to quality and production teams.
• Spend ~30% of time in office on PCNs, test reports, prototype design, and process analysis.
• Spend ~70% of time on the shop floor and in the lab troubleshooting processes and prototypes.
• Partner with quality and production engineering teams to validate new processes and initiatives.
