The role blends office analysis with hands-on shop floor and lab work, supporting quality and operations teams daily. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in engineering with 5–7 years in manufacturing/machining, capable of sketches, drawings, and blueprints interpretation, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or machining environment.
• Ability to produce sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process improvement and validation initiatives.
• Provide daily support to quality and operations teams.
• Spend ~30% of time in the office on PCNs, test reporting, prototype design and process analysis.
• Spend ~70% of time on the shop floor and in the lab troubleshooting and validating prototypes.
• Collaborate with quality and production engineering teams to validate new processes and PCNs.
