Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM and 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering, Production, or related area - OR - a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Must have fluency in MS Office software applications; 3D Solid Modeling experience using a CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Process Development: develop new or improve existing manufacturing processes with focus on production capabilities and affordability.
• Factory Support: monitor process yields and cost, implement quality improvements, and assist training.
