Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer 3 for the 2nd shift at the Linthicum, MD facility to support final assembly. The role focuses on developing and refining production processes, tooling design, and factory support to improve efficiency and product quality.

The candidate should have a engineering degree, 5+ years in manufacturing/process engineering, strong CAD skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM; 5+ years in Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
• Must be fluent with MS Office; 3D CAD modeling experience.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and improving manufacturing processes for production capabilities.
• Provide ROI justifications for process improvements.
• Create project plans for process development activities.
• Document tooling designs and procure equipment for production readiness.
• Support factory troubleshooting and training.
• Recommend product design improvements for manufacturability.
