Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a 2nd shift Manufacturing Process Engineer to support the Final Assembly area at the Linthicum, MD facility. The role covers process development, factory support and design/engineering input for advanced microelectronics products.

Required are a Bachelor's in Engineering or related STEM, 5+ years in manufacturing/process engineering, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field and 5+ years in Manufacturing/Process Engineering or related area; or a Master's with 3+ years.
• Fluency in MS Office software applications.
• 3D solid modeling experience using CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain or improve manufacturing processes focusing on production capabilities and affordability.
• Provide ROI justification for process improvements.
• Create/manage project plans for process development activities.
