Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years in manufacturing, including experience in food/protein industry.
• Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and USDA regulations and sanitary design.

• Lead Capital Expenditure projects from scoping through startup and commissioning.
• Evaluate vendor designs, equipment selection, and prepare technical specifications.
• Define engineering scope, cost, and schedule for projects and manage the budget.
