Job summary

OmniForce seeks an Industrial Engineer to analyze end-to-end production and business processes on the shop floor and across functions to improve safety, quality, cost, and throughput.

You will lead cross-functional improvement projects, develop process maps, implement countermeasures, and sustain gains through training and standard work. This role requires hands-on Lean manufacturing experience and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven process improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel and manufacturing data systems (ERP/BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from initiation to sustainment.
• Develop current/future state process maps and value streams.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for waste reduction.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance to implement changes.
