Qualifications

• 8+ years process engineering and/or R&D experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent with statistical analysis methods and structured problem solving.
• Experience in Photovoltaics Manufacturing Flow or Technology Development.
• Adept at analyzing big datasets using analytical tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document robust solar module manufacturing processes.
• Investigate process issues for improved Yield and Cycle Time.
• Evaluate new proposed equipment according to process standards.
• Define and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead local project teams for maintenance and installation of automation equipment.
