Job summary

First Solar is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead process and equipment improvements under supervision of Area Managers and Sr. Managers.

You will guide teams of engineers and technicians, collaborate with Development Engineering, Global Supply Chain and Quality & Reliability to solve complex problems and develop robust manufacturing processes. The role emphasizes CMS stage-gate execution and global alignment to replicate successful changes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of small technical teams
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering techniques
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 and SPC tools
• Experience with data analysis and problem solving
• Ability to create executive-ready presentations
