Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Planning and Materials Management leader responsible for MRP transactions across Make, Buy, BOM planning and MPS. You will oversee warehousing and shipping, drive inventory optimization and ensure production systems integrity while coordinating recruitment, training and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Production/Production Control processes and procedures.
• Assembly Line/Flow experience.
• Experience with SAP, analytical data/tools, SFM, QADS, Apriso and MAXIMO.
• Experience with cost, schedule and technical data, reporting results to various levels of leadership, both internal and external.
• Inventory Management experience.
• Previous Leadership Experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for MRP transactions.
• Oversee Make, Buy, BOM Planning and Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
• Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Ensure production systems integrity and drive inventory optimization to minimize cost.
• Support warehousing and shipping operations as needed.
