Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Senior Operator in San Antonio, TX. You will lead complex manufacturing tasks, ensure equipment safety and efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced food and nutrition manufacturing environment. Onboarding is a structured 4–5 day program starting in the first week, with a 6:30 AM–3:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout shift.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards.
• Operate automated systems using HMI technology.
• Perform in-process checks and quality inspections.
• Accurately scale and measure ingredients.
• Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
• Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
