Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering/related field.
• MBA or Engineering Management preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations, especially in ETO or modular/skid-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, on-schedule production.
• Drive world-class safety culture and regulatory compliance across the facility.
• Establish robust quality processes and lead root-cause analysis for issues.
• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team and talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with pre-production, procurement, and supply chain to meet demand and inventory needs.
• Monitor key metrics like safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost, implementing corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
