Job summary

SemiGen, Inc. seeks a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing, engineering, materials, and facilities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

You will drive continuous improvement, capacity planning, and KPI stewardship while shaping strategic manufacturing initiatives across the organization. You will build strong internal partnerships, manage budgets, and optimize resources to support growth and scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing operations with leadership and strategy experience.
• Experience with ISO standards (ISO 13485, AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the companys manufacturing activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Lead production scheduling, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
• Develop manufacturing strategies, processes, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Establish vendor relationships and manage supplier performance.
• Provide coaching and development for the manufacturing team.
