NeoLife in Hayward, CA is seeking a Director of Operations, Manufacturing to lead strategic operations across manufacturing, packaging, supply chain, and facilities. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive growth, efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business, or related field.
• 8 years manufacturing leadership experience (12 preferred).
• Minimum 5 years leading through other managers.
• Experience in FDA regulated manufacturing environment, preferably dietary supplement.
• Strong financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational vision, priorities, and measurable objectives aligned with strategy.
• Lead through Managers to ensure consistent execution across plant functions.
• Build leadership capability within each department.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and talent development in operations.
• Oversee Manufacturing, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Facilities operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements and audits.
