Qualifications

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of practical work experience.
• Must have senior management experience.
• Experience managing rapid growth.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and reinforcing a robust safety culture.
• Experience with Formal Safety training programs.
• Lean Manufacturing experience and success with Lean processes.
• Skill and historical success in recruiting new employees to support strategic and growth plans.
• Unique ability to assess new product/market/technology for viability in sales and profit potential.
• Sales management experience and demonstrable ability to grow revenue profitably.
• Excellent financial skills with the ability to read and manage Cash Flow, Income Statements, and Balance Sheets.
• Solid grasp of ERP systems for product costing and profitability drivers.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute strategic direction of the organization.
• Lead safety culture with world-class emphasis on employee safety.
• Evaluate and motivate direct reports with accountability, planning, organization, preparation, follow-up and internal communication.
• Drive on-time delivery, quality and responsiveness to engineering challenges.
• Establish, monitor and manage KPIs for Manufacturing, Quality and Inside Sales.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to capture market share and dominate competitors.
• Lead a culture of collaboration across functions for communication and teamwork.
• Provide leadership to employees ensuring high morale and relations.
• Participate in annual budgeting and accountability.
• Assess capital needs and ROI with detailed professional presentation.
• Identify waste, improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop relationships with key executives and support new business.
• Plan, develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.
• Communicate performance expectations clearly.
