You will drive daily execution and long‑term improvement through Lean practices, disciplined routines, and standardized work across shifts.

You will oversee end‑to‑end operations, develop the annual plan, allocate resources, and coach a cross‑functional team to achieve targets while maintaining 5S standards and driving

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing Lean and driving continuous improvement.
• BS/BA degree in engineering, supply chain management, or business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to teach, facilitate meetings, coach teams, give constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations for a manufacturing area focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.
• Develop the annual operational plan and align metrics with plant objectives.
• Allocate resources to meet targets and manage budgets.
• Lead and support salaried and hourly production employees within the area.
• Track performance using line boards, escalate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Lean practices, standardized work and 5S across the site.
• Coach Area Leaders and Team Leaders on standardized work and training methods.
• Maintain 5S standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
