• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide active day-to-day leadership for a skilled multi-craft maintenance team.
• Review work schedules and manpower for production needs.
• Develop employees’ skills through coaching, feedback, training and support.
• Evaluate staff and make employment recommendations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to meet company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal codes related to safe maintenance work practices.
