You will apply Lean, 1-Piece-Flow, Poka-Yoke, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and collaborate with Design and NPI to improve manufacturability, maintain BOMs, and ensure ergonomic, efficient fixtures and tooling for medium to high volume production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-volume assembly environments.
• Experience transferring NPIs from engineering to production.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma.
• Background in mechanical or electromechanical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Remove obstacles to ensure smooth production and hit goals.
• Optimize the production line using Lean, 1 Piece-Flow, and related methodologies.
• Collaborate with Design and NPI engineers to improve manufacturability.
• Maintain BOMs, work instructions, and fixture sketches for production.
• Ensure proper tools and ergonomic workstations for medium to high volume production.
