Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience with 3+ years leading a production team.
• Experience in low-volume, high-mix, high-complexity build environments (medical capital equipment).

Responsibilities

• Organize and assign work tasks to production leads to meet goals.
• Maintain and improve the production environment, tools, and equipment.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and build readiness for systems.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, and Quality.
• Drive root-cause investigation and permanent corrective actions on defects.
• Represent Manufacturing in CAPA, audits, and change control processes.
