Job summary

Circle K is seeking a maintenance technician for our Lakeland, MN facility. The role requires full-time availability to service production equipment and support the maintenance team on a variety of systems.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, parts inventory, vendor coordination, and adherence to GMP/OSHA guidelines. Strong PLC knowledge and reading technical manuals are essential for success.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
5+ years’ manufacturing experience with strong skills in equipment repair and maintenance.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must possess knowledge of machine repair, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting and janitorial skills.
Familiar with hand and power tools and able to read manuals/instruction sheets.
Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
Able to read and interpret machine specs and labels.

Responsibilities

Perform regular preventative and unscheduled maintenance on equipment in the production area.
Keep equipment parts inventory list and order replacements as needed.
Detect and notify supervisor/manager of any issues.
Work with outside vendors as necessary.
Maintain building and grounds as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Comply with USDA/FDA/OSHA regulations and GMPS.
