Job summary

Responsibilities include safety inspections, quality checks, and supporting production teams to keep lines running. You will train new staff with the Training Team and promote a collaborative, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with packaging equipment and procedures preferred.
• 2+ years in packaging industry or equivalent desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections and ensure safe procedures.
• Assist supervisor with staffing, rework, and investigations.
• Train new employees with the Training Team.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and promote teamwork.
• Troubleshoot downtimes and support machine setups.
