Job summary

LyondellBasell in Houston seeks a senior leader to own and drive the Foundations Leadership Program and related training initiatives across Global Manufacturing. You will design content for multiple personas, partner with site personnel and management, and drive continuous improvement of learning strategies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project, process, or program management.
• Experience in manufacturing with leadership, leadership training, and instructional design.
• Typically 10 to 15 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in training development and deployment or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Foundations Leadership Program (FLP) at all sites in Global Manufacturing.
• Oversee Step Up training and Leadership development via Intentional Leadership Academy (ILA).
• Support Train the Trainer and OE specialists; collaborate with site operations leaders.
• Develop curriculum, optimize delivery (self-directed, digital, etc.), and facilitate training.
• Measure curriculum effectiveness and drive continuous improvement; achieve program objectives.
