Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-specific training for a global manufacturing platform. The role focuses on scaling curriculum across Global/Platform/Site levels, partnering with SMEs and COE to ensure content stays current, compliant, and aligned with manufacturing processes.

The LA will contribute to governance, improvements in qualification outcomes, and standardization of on-the-job training across multiple site locations, including Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 10+ years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a regulated environment.
• Expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, or manufacturing/quality operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain platform-specific training within COE governance and global standards.
• Address 90% platform-level and 10% site-specific content needs as assigned by Platform Lead.
• Collaborate with site SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to ensure content is current and compliant.
• Support learning equivalency decisions and substitutions per Quality system.
• Contribute to Time to Qualification optimization and OJT standardization.
