Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing, industrial IT, or digital transformation roles.
• 5+ years in solution or enterprise architecture supporting manufacturing environments.
• ISA-95 and Purdue Model knowledge; OT networking and cybersecurity basics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Azure, SAP, data integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of digital manufacturing solutions across production, reliability, quality, energy, and sustainability.
• Define end‑to‑end solution architectures spanning OT systems and cloud platforms.
• Serve as technical authority for OT/IT integration patterns, including real‑time data ingestion and secure connectivity.
• Develop and maintain technical innovation roadmaps in partnership with Service Excellence.
• Collaborate with ITS and vendors to ensure alignment across groups.
• Assess business impact of multiple technologies/strategies and create transformation analyses.
• Write or contribute to articles about emerging technologies and their relevance to our business.
