Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing leadership roles.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cost optimization.
Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire and build relationships at all levels.
Willingness to engage in hands-on operational tasks and day-to-day activities.
Strategic thinker capable of long-term manufacturing strategy development and execution.
Results-oriented with a focus on on-time, high-quality delivery.
Ability to travel between USA and international facilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and capacity.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for manufacturing operations.
Oversee and engage in manufacturing operations from raw materials to finished products including quality and cost objectives.
Provide visionary leadership and cultivate accountability and collaboration.
