Stuller seeks a Senior Manufacturing Leaderwho will be at the heart of driving the company's manufacturing strategy, focusing not just on the big picture but also on the nitty-gritty, roll-up-your-sleeves work that ensures efficiency, quality, and scalability. Leading with a hands-on approach, the successful candidate will be directly involved in the day-to-day operations, from optimizing production processes to spearheading innovative projects, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the manufacturing team and cross-functional departments to foster a culture of operational excellence, safety, and sustainability. The role of the Senior Manufacturing Leader is crucial in maintaining Stuller's commitment to these values while also ensuring the company's manufacturing capabilities are agile and scalable to meet future demands.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire others, motivate cross-functional teams, and build and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and supply chain, to drive continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align manufacturing strategies with overall business goals.

  • Safety Culture:
