Job summary

milkrite | InterPuls in Wisconsin and California seeks an experienced Manufacturing Manager to provide operational leadership across multi-shift manufacturing, safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

You will lead through other leaders, coordinate with Engineering, Quality, HR, and global teams, and ensure staffing, training, and KPI visibility.

The role offers opportunities to develop leaders across sites and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing or production management experience.
• Experience leading multi-shift teams and staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, regulatory requirements, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for manufacturing and multi-site operations.
• Lead multi-shift operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, overtime, and resources across sites.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Develop leaders and employees, establish expectations and accountability.
• Ensure training for new hires, process changes, and new equipment is completed.
• Partner with HR for performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma.
