Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a Regional Manufacturing Director to lead operations across multiple manufacturing facilities in the United States. This role involves a strategic and operational leadership position, responsible for driving operational excellence while improving financial performance and leadership capability within each facility.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically within food manufacturing, and a strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and TPM methodologies. A bonus structure is included, with STI up to $72K and LTI equating to $400K over five years.
