Job summary

PacSci EMC, a Ralliant Corporation, is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing activities in one or more production areas. The role ensures safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost objectives, while prioritizing schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply.

The incumbent will lead staffing, train personnel, manage costs for value streams, and drive RBS initiatives across the floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills with multi-level audiences.
• Strong project management skills and leadership ability.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and 5S.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Update SOPs to capture best work and safety practices.
• Prepare work schedules, work flow and resource allocations on the production floor.
• Train associates on standard manufacturing processes while meeting SQDC and RBS goals.
• Coordinate activities between manufacturing processes and support functions.
• Plan costs for value streams including labor, maintenance, and tooling.
• Lead staffing—interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Promote RBS initiatives (Standard Work, Kanban, ERP, Daily Management).
• Communicate goals, status, and gaps in Daily Management meetings.
• Assist cross-training across multi-manufacturing cells.
