Job summary

PacSci EMC, a Ralliant Corporation, seeks two Senior Quality Assurance Engineers to own manufacturing quality in aerospace and defense programs and to partner with operations, engineering and suppliers while mentoring others as processes evolve.

You will analyze data, drive corrective actions, lead investigations, review requirements, develop control plans, and serve as a quality interface across programs, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline required; master’s a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing quality for assigned areas and resolve issues with Operations and Engineering.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and reduce nonconformances.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
• Review designs, configurations, manufacturing and inspection plans to align with requirements.
• Develop process validation, control plans, and inspection instructions; support first article (AS9102).
• Interface with programs and suppliers to communicate risks and status clearly.
• Mentor and coach team members; drive proactive quality improvements.
• Collaborate across functions to manage quality risks early and prevent issues.
