The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of experience and at least 5 years in supervision, with strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of experience preferred.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints; operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for employee relations through coaching, training and development.
• Manages material requirements to improve inventory turns and reduce levels on hand.
• Ensures compliance with cost control, waste reduction, safety, and on-time delivery at lowest cost.
• Leads policy deployment in Lean Manufacturing, quality, and plant performance measures.
• Oversees scheduling, performance management and salary reviews for staff.
• Directs capital investments and improvement projects.
