Getinge in Wayne, NJ is seeking a team-focused manufacturing professional to oversee workflow and schedule daily activities. You will assist in the development and support of new processes and products, and build products following SOPs while meeting goals.

The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing leadership, quality adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and facilities. Salary is $26.60/hr with EIP eligibility, in a site-based, day shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience with 2-3 years in medical device or other regulated manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate in English for training and team interaction; basic math skills.
• Must be able to lead others, work in a team, and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow for a team or teams and schedule daily tasks.
• Assist engineers in development and support of new processes and/or products.
• Builds product by following SOPs and meeting manufacturing goals.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and drive Lean activities.
