Job summary

I9S - Infiniti Software Solutions in Graniteville, SC is seeking aSenior Health Safety Specialist to lead and continuously improve health and safety programs at a large manufacturing facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading safety programs, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Hands-on experience with LOTO, machine guarding, confined space, and other high-risk safety areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety programs, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards and health risks with operations and maintenance teams.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Monitor injury trends, near misses, and safety metrics; drive improvements.
• Coordinate OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory documentation; support inspections.
• Deliver safety training to employees, contractors, and leadership; build engagement.
• Support emergency preparedness and crisis management activities.
• Facilitate safety committees and drive safety culture initiatives.
• Lead programs in LOTO, machine guarding, confined space, hot work, fall protection, contractor safety, and more.
• Develop safety dashboards and KPI-based reporting.
