6 Degrees Search is seeking an experienced safety professional to lead the health and safety efforts at a large heavy industrial manufacturing facility in the United States. You will be part of a small EHS team, reporting to the plant EHS Manager, and drive continuous improvement of safety processes on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years safety experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of the health & safety process for the site.
• Develop and implement safety systems and programs, audits, training, accident investigations, workers compensation, emergency response and related activities.
• Basic environmental compliance experience is desired but not required.
