Job summary

Candidates should have 10+ years in finance or cost accounting within manufacturing, with strong Excel and ERP skills, and MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA is preferred for leadership roles in finance and strategy.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, controlling, or cost accounting within industrial or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for production, inventory, and operations.
• Lead cost controlling processes: product costing, variance analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning for manufacturing/industrial functions.
• Monitor KPIs (efficiency, yield, waste, resource utilization) and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with plant, supply chain, and operations to optimize costs and support investments.
• Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Drive digital transformation for reporting and financial analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for capex, make-or-buy, and business cases.
