Medacta is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to join the Finance organization at our Franklin, TN site. You will own manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, costing methods, and provide financial insights to Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
The role partners with cross-functional leaders, supports ERP-driven costing, and drives KPI dashboards to improve profitability and inventory performance. 5+ years in manufacturing finance with GAAP expertise are required.

The Senior Cost Accountant is a key employee within the Finance organization responsible for manufacturing cost accounting, inventory accounting, product costing, operational finance analysis, and financial controls supporting the company’s Sports Medicine division. This role serves as a strategic business partner to Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, FP&A, IT, and Executive Leadership to ensure accurate product costing, inventory integrity, manufacturing performance reporting, and operational financial visibility within a highly regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
This position is based on-site in Franklin, TN and reports directly to the Sr. Finance Director.
