Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Senior Industrial Controller to partner with North American Operations and Plant Controlling for the Digital Solutions business. You will drive financial performance through manufacturing analysis, standard costing, CAPEX governance, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls oversight.

You will lead the plant controlling organization, promoting best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, controlling, or manufacturing finance.
• Minimum 5 years of plant controlling or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and standard costing.
• Experience with capital expenditure management and investment analysis.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and strategic partnership to Operations and Plant Controlling for North America Digital Solutions.
• Drive manufacturing analysis, standard costing, CAPEX governance, budgeting and forecasting, and internal controls oversight.
• Lead and develop plant controlling organization toward best practices and continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting profitability and operational performance.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization to influence decisions.
