Zusammenfassung

Prysmian Group is seeking a Senior Industrial Controller to partner with Operations and Plant Controlling for its Digital Solutions business across North America. The role drives financial performance through manufacturing analysis, standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and strong internal controls.

You will lead the plant controlling organization, promote best practices, and identify risks and opportunities to enhance profitability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, controlling, or manufacturing finance.
• Minimum 5 years of plant controlling or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and standard costing.
• Experience with capital expenditure management and investment analysis.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Support North American Operations and Business Teams with timely and accurate analysis of manufacturing performance.
• Lead the standard costing and cost management processes across North America.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities impacting profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Provide management with financial analysis regarding changes in production costs, manufacturing efficiencies, and operational performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities related to manufacturing operations.
