You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the plant, ensuring accuracy while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years in plant accounting or controlling.
• Strong collaboration and a team‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast manufacturing variances to drive smarter decisions.
• Partner with Plant Management to deliver productivity savings and meet budget commitments.
• Lead and coordinate plant-wide budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial oversight for physical inventory counts and accuracy.
• Maintain precise records of assets, liabilities, and transactions in alignment with corporate standards.
• Develop and maintain cost standards for all products produced.
• Coordinate the annual Capital Budget, including financial justification and expenditure control.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and monthly closings for Operations and Corporate.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Take on additional responsibilities that help strengthen plant performance.
