Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Senior Industrial Controller to partner with North America Operations and Plant Controlling for Digital Solutions. You’ll oversee manufacturing analyses, standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, driving profitability and continuous improvement.

You’ll lead a team, influence cross-functional decisions, and support SAP/ERP initiatives while ensuring compliance with financial policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years progressive experience in accounting/finance/controlling/manufacturing finance.
• 5+ years plant controlling or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and standard costing.
• Experience with capital expenditure management and investment analysis.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial partnership to North America Operations and Plant Controlling for Digital Solutions.
• Drive financial performance through manufacturing analysis, standard costing, CAPEX governance, budgeting, forecasting, and controls oversight.
• Lead and develop plant controlling organization, promote best practices and standardization.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting profitability and drive informed decisions.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and lead cross-functional collaborations.
